Have your fireplace or furnace serviced annually to achieve top efficiency.
In the event of an emergency, shut off the water and gas or propane. We recommend that you and your family become acquainted with the location of the main shutoff valves in your home. 

Lime Scale Build-Up

If the water pressure in your shower has become progressively poor, there may be a lime-scale build-up. This is particularly true in areas where there is hard water which contains heavy minerals. To avoid lime scale build-up, soak your shower head in vinegar overnight every three months or use a commercial cleaner such as CLRâ„¢.

Heating Hint

Improve fuel efficiency! Clean or replace your furnace filter twice annually, i.e. in the spring and the fall.
